Keepsake initially evolved from my desire to design silk florals for weddings, and home & office decor. While
providing flowers for weddings, often the cakes created by others did not maintain the wedding theme. I decided
to expand my business to include wedding cakes to provide this uniformity. The cake segment of my business soon grew
to include all-occasion cakes and became a larger portion of the business.
I always look for unique items to offer my customers while never compromising the quality. So, in 1999 my
services expanded to allow customers to have "edible photo" images. With this option the customer provides a photo,
it is scanned and an edible copy is placed on the cake. The original photo is returned unharmed. This is one of
my most popular services.
